They will count the ballots found in briefcases in the elections for the governor of Puerto Rico
Preliminary data from the Puerto Rico State Elections Commission give Pedro Pierluisi of the New Progressive Party as the winner of the governorship. The president of the commission, Francisco Rosado, said that 14 briefcases had been counted without working from precinct 103 to 110. He added that "several briefcases were started and not finished." The votes will be included in the count of the elections. Rosado also commented that a disorganization of the handling of the material in the vaults was identified.
