José Miguel Vivanco, director of Human Rights Watch for the Americas, points out that after the removal of Martín Vizcarra from the presidency of Peru, international organizations such as the Organization of American States should convene a meeting to analyze what happened.
Vivanco says that although there are investigations into alleged acts of corruption by Vizcarra, those who removed him have no credibility.
