An unpleasant incident is stirring the media in the US after a couple of parents and their two-year-old daughter were thrown from a United flight from Denver, as the two-year-old was not ready to wear a mask.
In a video posted on social media, you can see how the young father of the family tries to convince his little daughter to wear a mask, but she refuses.
When the steward arrives, the father covers his daughter's face with a mask, apparently to avoid discomfort, but the steward insists on getting the family off the plane.
Family mother Elise Urban said, "We were asked to leave the plane because our daughter refused to wear a mask. We told them we could not force it beyond what we did. I am humiliated, disgusted and confused by this horrific incident," the mother said in tears as seen in the video. Attached.
United Airlines said in a statement after the incident, "We are investigating the incident and contacted the family. We returned the money to the family for the flight tickets and returned to them all the equipment that was in the luggage on the plane."
