The General Establishment of Al-Mabaqer seeks to develop the dairy and cheese processing unit at the Jab Ramla cattle station by doubling its production in quantity and quality by introducing a new automatic line for processing Ayran milk and cooked cheese at a cost of 130 million Syrian pounds.
Eng. Khaled Hilal, Director General of Al-Mabaqer Corporation, indicated that the modern production line will contribute to increasing the quantities of manufactured materials from 2.5 to 4.5 tons per day and pave the way for the complete industrialization of milk produced daily at the cows station, whose production has doubled this year thanks to improving the level of care.
Hilal pointed out that a number of modern line equipment that is supplied from abroad has been received and that the rest of the equipment is awaiting completion to start the installation and operation process.
In turn, Eng. Abdul Majeed Al-Hussein from the Corporation's Manufacturing Directorate said that the manufacturing unit was formed about a year ago and it produces different types of dairy products, where milk is received, pasteurized and pumped to different tanks and then it is passed to automatic equipment according to the type of product knowing that all stages of manufacturing are automatic. And at appropriate temperatures to ensure good sterilization of the product.
Al-Hussein added that the manufacturing unit of Jab Ramleh is the first of its kind in the institution and supports the local market, as the entire product is distributed to the Syrian Trade Showrooms in the cities of Hama, Suqaylabiyah, Mahrada and Salhab, and the outlets of the Al-Mabaqer Corporation in the city of Hama and Damascus, pointing out that the enterprise’s products are of high quality and are very popular in market.
For his part, Malek Ghanem, Director of the Manufacturing Unit at the Jab Ramla cows station, indicated that there is a specialized and trained technical cadre in the unit, and he supervises the manufacturing operations of all products, taking care of hygiene and daily sterilization operations.
