Normalization agreements: For the first time in the history of the United Arab Emirates, a mikveh tehara will be established for Jewish women living in the Persian Gulf, and of course for Jewish tourists who will visit the country.

The women who were still interested in immersing themselves in the area would do so on the private and separate beach of one of the Jews of Dubai or fly specifically to a country outside the area.

The new mikveh will be built in the courtyard of a private home in Dubai, not far from the airport.

Next to it, a guest house will also be built for the benefit of the women who will come especially to take a dip.

On Friday, the Chief Rabbi of the State of Israel, Rabbi Yitzchak Yosef, arrived at the house and laid the cornerstone for the building.

Work on the mikveh and the guest house will begin this morning, in order to provide a solution for Jewish women as quickly as possible.

Rabbi Yosef, who arrived in Dubai last weekend as a guest of the United Arab Emirates Rabbi Levi Duchman, will meet this week in Abu Dhabi with the ministers of religion, health and culture of the Arab state.

Among other things, Rishon LeZion and Rabbi Duchman will seek to allocate a special place for the establishment of a Jewish cemetery in the country.

Rabbi Yitzchak Yosef inaugurated the new Jewish school in Dubai and the rabbi inaugurated the community's new nursery, toured the new training restaurant at the Burj Khalifa Tower in Dubai and toured the mikveh construction site.
