A torture and damage to a minibus occurred in Changsha Bay
At about midnight on Monday (4th), when a pedestrian was passing by Kwong Shing Street in Cheung Sha Wan near Castle Peak Road, it was reported that about 5 teenagers were found and destroyed several minibuses parked at the site.
Police officers arrived at the report and found 2 red-topped minibuses and 1 green minibus. The fronts and license plates of the minibuses were sprayed with black paint and smeared with foul words and smudges. One of the minibuses also contained 2 A screwdriver was stolen.
The police officers intercepted the area after the incident, and finally intercepted three teenagers on Yongkang Street about 100 meters away. Two of them were 13 years old and one was 14 years old. After investigation, they were suspected of "criminal damage" and "car theft". Three people were arrested.
The police later retrieved two screwdrivers at the scene and also found a toolbox in a minibus at the junction of Wing Hong Street and Kwong Shing Street. They were suspected of spray painting and are investigating whether they are related to the case.
The Criminal Investigation Team of the Sham Shui Po Police District is looking for the remaining two comrades.
