A torture and damage to a minibus occurred in Changsha Bay
At about midnight on Monday (4th), when a passer-by was passing by Kwong Shing Street in Cheung Sha Wan near Castle Peak Road, it was reported that about 6 teenagers were found to be damaged by several minibuses parked at the site.
Police officers arrived at the report and found 2 red-topped minibuses and 1 green minibus. The fronts and license plates of the minibuses were sprayed with black paint and smudged.
The police officers intercepted the area after the incident, and finally intercepted three juveniles at No. 60 Yongkang Street and nearby Castle Peak Road about 100 meters away. After investigation, they were believed to be related to the case and the three were arrested and taken to the police.
The police case was classified as "criminal destruction". Afterwards, a toolbox in a minibus at the junction of Wing Hong Street and Kwong Shing Street was found to be suspected of spray paint, and investigation is under way to see if it is related to the case.
