Today, the Ministry of Health announced the registration of 55 new cases of Coronavirus in Syria, the recovery of 80 cases and the death of 4 of the recorded infections.
The ministry stated in a statement, which SANA received a copy of, that the number of injuries recorded in Syria so far has reached 14,820, of which 8,600 have recovered and 975 have died.
The first infection with Corona virus was recorded in Syria on the twenty-second of March of last year, for a person coming from outside the country, while the first death was recorded on the twenty-ninth of the same month.
