However, there is a second way to achieve immunity - namely via a corona infection that has already been overcome.
Unknown people in the Upper Bavarian city of Dachau allowed themselves a joke with this very possibility for immunization.
They pinned a sign with a large red circle in the middle and the inscription "Herd immunity - lick here" and a little smaller underneath "Maybe it will help" on a house wall that is accessible to the public.
The principle is logical - if slightly disgusting.
This is also how many Internet users see it, who discovered a photo of the sign on the Instagram profile of the curious page "Notes o Germany", on which funny and crazy signs, notes or the like are posted over and over again.
"Please do not (re) do" warn the site operators with regard to the sign.

While some see the sign more critically and suspect corona deniers behind the poster campaign, most users take the sign for what it actually is - a reason to smile at very uncomfortable times.
In the Dachau district, too, the numbers have risen massively in recent weeks.
The seven-day incidence there is currently 182.7 (Sand March 29, 3:00 a.m.), according to the Robert Koch Institute.
Nevertheless, there is also heated debate in the Dachau district about how to find a way out of the seemingly endless lockdown.
