Many security forces were mobilized this Sunday at the end of the morning, following a dispute between two individuals, one of whom

A man in his thirties is currently wanted by the police, in the Clamart sector.

Unfavorably known to the police services but for facts of a completely different nature, this person would have opened fire, following a dispute, but without causing a victim.

At the end of the morning, an argument would have broken out on rue Paul-Vaillant-Couturier, in the city center of Clamart (Hauts-de-Seine), less than 300 meters from the town hall.

According to initial information, the fleeing individual saw another man in a parking lot located in the immediate vicinity of his home, carrying out repairs on his vehicle.

He would then have asked him to get work on his own car from him.

The victim slightly injured by a blow of the butt

He would have met with a refusal, the tone would have risen and the thirty-something would have been carried away, opening fire with a weapon, through the window of the vehicle of the other person but without reaching it.

He would still have inflicted a blow to him with the butt, injuring him slightly.

The police immediately intervened in numbers and armed, setting up a security perimeter.

“I saw them enter the building.

Three of them, from the street, were pointing weapons in the direction of a window of the building, ”said a shopkeeper, who did not hear a shot.

The people crossed in the street at the beginning of the afternoon had not heard anything, either, all expressing their astonishment in front of the deployed forces, national and municipal police officers.

A tense period

"The Raid did not intervene", specifies the prefecture of Hauts-de-Seine, which highlights the climate of tension currently reigning in the midst of a period of deconfinement.

The police forces specializing in delicate interventions had also intervened last week in the neighboring town of Meudon, when a man supposedly depressed had taken refuge in his home with a weapon.

It was again in Meudon that clashes took place on Saturday evening, between young people from these two cities, after a wild football match.

In Clamart, rue Paul-Vaillant-Couturier, temporarily closed to traffic, was reopened around 2 p.m. this Sunday. The man on the run had apparently already left the scene. The police have withdrawn. According to the Hauts-de-Seine prefecture, municipal and national police officers, however, remain mobilized to try to locate the individual.
