Several paths around Putzbrunn, which are often used by pedestrians, but especially by cyclists, are in the opinion of the parliamentary groups of the Greens and the CSU in a poor condition with many potholes.
They therefore applied for the paths to be rehabilitated.

- The Greens want the Schramminger Weg, which leads from Solalinden through the forest to Trudering, to be expanded with a water-bound sand cover.
Together with the CSU, they also want the renovation of Keferloher-Markt-Strasse, which leads from Solalinden through the forest to Keferloh.
The CSU also considers the rehabilitation of the “Am Rehwinkel” path to be sensible, as it leads from Solalinden to the southeast.
Dangers for cyclists
For the Greens, these are not just agricultural forest paths, but also officially nationally designated cycle paths. Since the surface is in a bad condition with partly large stones and many potholes for cyclists, the paths are dangerous, and at the same time they are a burden on bicycles, which are becoming more and more valuable, the Greens take. "Since both routes are also used in winter, on the way to work, for longer tours or as a connection to Munich, we suggest a water-bound sand cover," said Sybille Martinschledde. The repairs to the Niedweg have shown that an improved surface structure has a positive effect on increased use by cyclists. The CSU also sees it this way, the routes mentioned are heavily frequented by foot and bicycle traffic and show severe damage,that make a renovation urgently necessary. "The redevelopment at the Rehwinkel could probably be done by the building yard, as the main aim here is to repair deep potholes," says Eduard Boger, explaining the application for the CSU.

Refurbishment makes no sense if the farmer drives over it with heavy equipment
Mayor Edwin Klostermeier (SPD) commented on Schramminger Weg.
“There are a few holes and puddles here after rain.
The forest owner is now ready for us to prepare the path at our own expense, but he will continue to use heavy forest vehicles, ”said Klostermeier.
From his subjective point of view as a frequent cyclist, the path is not so bad that it cannot be used well.
“I just wonder who declares these forest paths to be official cycle paths, for example Isar-Inn - and we as a municipality should take care of it?
That would be the task of the district or the Free State. "
Walter Hois (GPP) suggested first of all soliciting offers regarding the amount of money that would be necessary for the renovation.
"If the farmer continues to drive with heavy equipment, then a renovation does not make much sense."
For Klostermeier, a repair only makes sense if the quality is at least as high as that of the Niedweg. “But it all costs a lot of money that we didn't take into account this year. So we have to get offers and then talk about them specifically at the budget deliberations in autumn. ”The Transport and Environment Committee unanimously agreed.
