During the first half of this year, the citizen service centers in Daraa provided about 50,000 services to citizens, ranging from civil, legal, non-employee in government departments and institutions, and others.
A member of the Executive Office of the Daraa Provincial Council, the supervisor of citizen service centers, Essam al-Masry, said in a statement to SANA reporter today that the number of citizen service centers in Daraa is four centers in the General Secretariat of Daraa Governorate and the city councils of Daraa, Azra’ and al-Sanamayn, indicating that the centers eased pressure on civil registry centers and others at the same time. It saved the citizen hours of waiting to get some documents.
Al-Masry explained that the centers operate according to a modern system, whereby the citizen is given a role and waits for a few minutes until he obtains the required service.
