Authorities report that at least 6 of the attackers of the late Haitian president, Jovenel Moïse, attacked at his home early Wednesday, were retired members of the Colombian Army.
The Colombian Defense Ministry reiterated its willingness to cooperate with the Haitian government in clarifying the assassination.
The director general of the Colombian Police also said that the Colombians allegedly involved in the murder of Moïse would have arrived there through the Dominican Republic.
