The drug lord Néstor Fabián “El Negro” Rojas (44), creator of the First Frontier Command (PCF), spends his days in the Marcos Paz federal prison with one of the leaders of Los Monos, the band that knew how to sow the terror in Rosario.

The missionary, who is being investigated for three homicides and for hatching a plan to assassinate a judge who tried him, said that in prison his situation is similar to that of Hannibal Lecter, the fictional psychopathic serial killer, because for 22 hours of the day he is locked up in

a 3x2 cell

, without contact with the other inmates.

His closest “neighbor” is another feared character:

Ariel "Guille" Cantero

, leader of Los Monos.

"We talk remotely '

how are you, good morning

', nothing more, we have no socialization," he said in an interview with the newspaper

El Territorio

de Posadas published this Sunday.

Rojas, who is a native of Puerto Iguazú, knows that his judicial situation is extremely complicated, but he insists on his innocence and only admits to having participated in some drug trafficking operations.

He distances himself from the three homicides that are charged with him and also from the planning of the attempted murder of a judge from Posadas.

There are several judicial fronts that "El Negro" must attend to.

The Federal Justice prosecuted him for considering him the head of the First Border Command, a gang that was dedicated to introducing large shipments of marijuana in the southern states of Brazil.

Rojas wanted his gang to resemble the dreaded Comando Vermelho and Primer Comando Capital (PCC).

The fall

The dangerous drug trafficker was arrested in 2019 Posadas in a cabin complex when he was negotiating with a group of Entre Rios for the sale of three kilos of cocaine hydrochloride.

By then they were already looking for him for a double homicide committed in Posadas, and for the murder of a Gobernador Roca mechanic who manufactured the double bottoms in the vehicles that the Rojas gang used for drug trafficking.

The detainee, however, insists on his innocence.

He maintains that all the cases were

"armed" by the Judicial Power

and that he is persecuted.

He maintains that no expert reports were ever conducted to show that from the Ezeiza prison he organized drug operations.

He swears that all his communications were from the prison phone and not from a cell phone.

Almost a year ago, Rojas was transferred to Marcos Paz prison, where he spends his days with other renowned drug traffickers.

He arrived at that place with a cell phone hidden among his things.

“I automatically said it was mine, because you don't want to take a beating, have your neck broken and go to the infirmary.

In no way can you accuse the Service of having placed something on you.

'

If it's there, it has to be mine,

' I told them, "he recalled.

Regarding his days in prison, Rojas said that he spends his days locked up in his cell.

"I have my TV, my little kitchen, I watch TV and the news."

And that “in the pavilion we are two people, and back separated.

We talk to a fence, who they say is the leader of Los Monos.

We talk remotely '

how are you, good morning', nothing more, we do not have socialization,

"he said.

Although he acknowledged links with some of the people who were prosecuted for the failed shooting attack by Instruction Judge Fernando Verón, he denied having planned the attack.

The wiretaps deny it.

“The judge should have more transparency and not animosity.

This is more than a media persecution, it is a legal persecution.

They are using and abusing power.

I am innocent, I have no interest and I never intended to attack the magistrate.

That is why I said at the time to be calm on my part, that I am not that kind of person, "he said.

Rojas is also accused of having killed Sebastián Vega and Rodrigo Ibarra, in December 2015 in Posadas.

Both were riddled with bullets inside a car, in Posadas.

According to the file, “El Negro” blamed one of them for having “

sold

” a load of marijuana to the Gendarmerie that was shipped in a tanker to Buenos Aires.

Almost three years later, he was again linked to a homicide in Gobernador Roca.

A mechanic was shot to death.

At his house, buried in the yard, a load of almost two tons of marijuana was found.

Aldo Andrés Canteros (31) paid with his life to have stayed with the drug from “El Negro”.

Rojas shows all his ability to defend himself against the accusations.

But he knows that a long stay behind bars awaits him ahead.
