The workshops of the Public Corporation for Drinking Water in As-Suwayda Governorate have restarted five wells after completing their maintenance and repair work.
The Director of Maintenance and Investment in the Public Establishment for Drinking Water in As-Suwayda, Eng. Samih Nasr, said in a statement to SANA reporter today that the wells that were restarted included the wells of As-Suwayda 15 and 25 feeding parts of the city of As-Suwayda and Shahba 2 feeding the desert area in the city of Shahba and the Baka triangle 4 for the city of Salkhad and Al-Qurayya 4 for the town Quraia.
Engineer Nasr added that the workshops are being prepared during the current period for the maintenance and repair of Masaken Khalkhala and Sweida 16 wells.
A few days ago, the Public Establishment for Drinking Water in As-Suwayda restored the wells of As-Suwayda factories 6, Al Thala factories 1, Al Thala plant 13, all feeding the city of As-Suwayda, and Namira Shahba 1 that feeds the village of Namira and Abu Harat 2, which are allotted to the Badia communities.
