The middle of August finds us with a climate according to the date:

cold and colder

.

I honestly hate it.

I'm from the

summer

team

in full swing.

But, I really like stews,

stews and creamy dishes

, so I find its good side to this season.

For this week that begins with a holiday, I chose a wide variety of dishes.

Do you dare to have an African soup?

It is a corn-based dish.

It is unctuous and highly satiating.

In order not to get bored with the already known formulas, we will try

a new way of making pizza: with chickpea dough.

And, for readers who like traditional food, I share the recipe for

a super pot

.

Dessert, another hit of yesteryear with some tips to add your personal touch.

Have a delicious week!

Pappardelle are noodles, thick ribbons.

The sauce is very simple, with sautéed mushrooms, cream and peas.

Soup.

Before the cold goes away you have to eat stew.

It is a winter law for those of us who enjoy big feasts.

Surely in your family there is already a recipe to do it, but, just in case, we bring you this formula.

Dessert of the week

Rice pudding recipe.

Rice pudding.

I like to make it with double carolina rice or any short, round, starchy grain.

There are those who prefer the fine grain, but ... they miss the touch of extra creaminess typical of rice.

If you have a mega sweet tooth, try adding a mega paunchy tablespoon of dulce de leche during cooking and another when serving.
