- After five years or so,
there were many changes
in the way of
thinking about politics and also of managing

very strong closeness with the neighbors without intermediaries or pointers
. You see the change,
order, work and cleanliness
. Before you had to have a 'friend' for each procedure, today everything is simple. Later, at the level of works and services, we did and still
do very important jobs
. We get 100% led lights, we fix streets and we renovate many public spaces.
There were great advances
.
Before, people went to Devoto because our center was ugly.
Now there are places of great quality.
Senador Ferro Avenue had craters and garbage, it is now well, paved and illuminated.
Before there was no Secretary of Security
, and now we work accompanying the forces.
We know that
a lot is missing, but there is progress
and we feel the accompaniment of the people.
That is why we ask with pride and great humility the vote of the neighbors for the complete ballot, which is the best way to renew the province of Buenos Aires.
Buenos Aires people deserve more.
The communal chief of Tres de Febrero admitted that he wants "to be part of the" team that recovers the Province in 2023. "
- A few days ago he was with Diego Santilli. Do you share the axes that you proposed in relation to security, education and youth employment?
- We have been working together for many years with him and Horacio (Rodríguez Larreta).

Our priorities are similar:
dealing with people's problems

There are three strong axes that Santilli proposed.
Regarding the
presence in schools
, and with all that that implies on an emotional and cultural level, we are very concerned about this year and a half that has passed.

we want to promote work for SMEs
, not plans or subsidies.
And with the issue of
security, Diego was a minister and knows how to manage

We worked on the proposals, which were launched from Martín Coronado together.
I also contributed in those looks.

I am also the protagonist of their construction.
- How do you go through these days prior to PASO?
With great joy and pride. I go for a walk, I go through the neighborhoods to see and listen to the neighbors, because that is my way of campaigning:
listening, being close and seeing what is needed
. My questions are: what is needed? What are the challenges ahead? I know that there are complaints and criticisms, that we have to go faster on issues of potholes. We advance, but it is missing. There is always, also, the

. We have to keep working, listen and solve problems. I feel very much the conviction that
the accompaniment is there because we speak with facts
. Our thing is to do. That supports us for a good choice in all three levels. Especially in the Deliberative Council, we want it to be strong to accompany the change.
- Was it difficult to achieve unity to have a single list? How did he do it?
- Any closure is difficult.
It requires a
lot of dialogue and understanding of what the other needs
.
It is trying to capture the views and interests of people and sectors.
As far as the local list is concerned, it reflects who we are:
a team between the Council and the Executive

It will be a choice with
responsibility, ideas, debates
and positive to grow and
be together in November

challenge: to beat Kirchnerism and the Frente de Todos

- Why did you choose Santilli and not Facundo Manes? Was there any 'crossover' in that determination?
- Being with Colo and Graciela (Ocaña), among others,

does not mean that we do not work or do not dialogue

This is not against anyone, I just think it is the best way.
We are a space that has shaped a positive Primary that enriches the figures of Diego and Facundo, who is a benchmark in neuroscience and a recognized doctor who now has a chance in politics.
- How is the relationship with the opposition?
- It's good.
The Council works very well seeking consensus on different issues

There is accompaniment in some cases and not in others, but
there is dialogue
.
I was recently in the Evita neighborhood and we chatted with (Andrés) Tito Espíndola, all good.
At the time, the same thing happened with councilor Máximo Rodríguez.
And the same goes for (Juan) Debandi, with whom we did actions together.
We must seek agreements in everything that is good for the community and have a reasonable electoral competition.
Dialogue was not lacking and there were agreements on many issues.
The way to continue with the improvements in Tres de Febrero is the one we propose, but always within a framework of dialogue and the search for consensus.
- What scenario do you imagine for the Generals?
- We act with great responsibility.
I am not a pollster or electoral forecaster, I am a neighbor who has to be the mayor of Tres de Febrero and I work
every day to improve the district

First there are the PASO, where we choose the candidates.
Our aspiration is
that the list of Together with Santilli be ordered

In addition to my personal goal, which is to improve Tres de Febrero,

, which is not doing well. And this is not the fault of the pandemic. There is no good management, there is no work with the mayors, nothing has been reversed and the social and labor conditions are very serious. We must
promote a work culture, investment in SMEs and ensure that the producer wants to invest
. Here the producer is scared, they make him doubt a thousand times and he does not create work.
I feel the responsibility to collaborate to rebuild the Province in 2023

The current government does not have Security as a priority.
Policemen are lacking, we pay for the fuel for cell phones, there is one more decision to justify the offender and not side with the victims.
I feel like we have regressed.
There is an absence of the State that worries me.
- In this context and taking into account that it sounds 'candidateable' for the government, are you already thinking about 2023?
- For now,
I feel part of Horacio's team to be a new alternative
, learning from mistakes and valuing the successes made between 2015 and 2019. I want to
be part of that team that recovers the Province

I feel
eager and empowered
, but my priority now is Tres de Febrero.
We all know that we will not be able to change the country if we do not change the Province first.
