The Corona cabinet is expected to convene on Sunday after more than a month.
The meeting will be held at 17:00 at the Prime Minister's Office in Jerusalem.
The ministers will meet against the background of the serious illness, although the number of verified patients has decreased in recent days, but it is not possible to determine a clear trend due to the holidays and return to school expected later this week.
The health system estimates that returning to school, along with returning from vacations abroad and returning to meetings, will lead to an upward trend in morbidity in the next two weeks, only after which a decline will begin, with the restraining factors being vaccines and more careful public behavior.
Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz held a press conference at Wolfson Hospital yesterday, during which he expressed satisfaction with the booster's effectiveness and referred to government policy: "We have decided not to impose closures or harm the economy."
