Russia's permanent representative to the United Nations, Vasily Nebenzia, reiterated his country's condemnation of the continuous Israeli aggression on Syrian lands, stressing Syria's unity and sovereignty and ending the illegal foreign presence on its lands.

With regard to the situation in Idlib, Nebenzia stressed that the situation is deteriorating as a result of the presence of terrorists and the aggression of the Turkish regime on Syrian territory, noting that more than 760 terrorist attacks on Syrian army positions have been recorded during the past month alone.
