The publication in the official news agency Andulo relies on a source in the terrorist organization, who said that agreements had been reached with Egypt. • The outline will include both a ceasefire and a plan to rehabilitate the Gaza Strip.

On the way to a truce agreement in the Gaza Strip:

"A truce agreement has been reached between us and Egypt," a senior Hamas official told the Turkish government news agency Anadolu this evening (Tuesday).

According to him, the agreement also includes increasing the pace of rehabilitation of the Gaza Strip and reducing the closure on the Strip.

The source told the Turkish agency that a comprehensive and serious meeting was held on Monday between the Hamas delegation led by Ismail Haniyeh and Intelligence Minister Abbas Kamel, and several other senior officials.

The source added that the parties had agreed on the need to establish a truce at the moment between the terrorist organizations and Israel.

Regarding the issue of the restoration of the ruins, the source explained that Egypt has emphasized to Hamas its seriousness on the issue and that the next step will include steps in this area.

He explained that Egypt had promised to take steps to improve Gaza's economic situation and allow the import of more goods through the Rafah crossing.

Hamas said they were very pleased with the talks with Egyptian General Intelligence and described the talks with them as "honest."

Both Cairo and Hamas agreed on the need for continued peace between all factions and Israel.

At the same time, the Egyptians pledged to increase the movement of goods through the Rafah crossing in order to accelerate the economy in the Gaza Strip.

However, this is an agreement in principle - and senior Hamas figures are expected to remain in Cairo in the coming days in order to summarize the final details.

Meanwhile, senior Hamas figures - including Gaza leader Yahya Sinwar and head of the Politburo Ismail Haniyeh - spoke with Egypt and various sources about some possible ideas and outlines for a prisoner deal, but no progress has been made.

Haniyeh met with Kamel himself, and complained about the "Judaization of Jerusalem and the Israeli violations in the city," as well as internal Palestinian issues.

And most importantly, the Palestinian unity that Egypt is trying to promote.
