But, to her and a thorn in her side: there are a number of other ongoing ills in Arab society that the police are having a hard time curing.

For example, according to statistics, the proportion of Arab traffic offenders, relative to their size in the population, is particularly large.

Conclusion: Law enforcement in the periphery is very poor.

Population growth in general will only exacerbate these problems, and what then?
