Wave in decline: The

Ministry of Health published tonight (Saturday) the updated morbidity data in Corona, which show that 962 verified people were identified yesterday, which is 1.07% of 93,744 new tests.

This is the second day in a row with less than 1,000 positives.

Also, the carrier rate is the lowest since July.

However, it is important to note that usually fewer people are tested during the weekend.

13,395 people are defined as currently active patients, with 311 of them hospitalized in critical condition (of whom 155 are respirators).

For difficult patients, this is the lowest figure since the beginning of August.

Since the outbreak, 1,322,395 have been infected with the virus.

The number of deaths now stands at 8,046, when on the last day the count increased by two and yesterday three were added to it.

It is important to note that since October 18, the number of victims per day has been lower than six.

The number of vaccinated in Israel in the third dose is 3,896,069, in the second dose 5,712,743 and in the third dose 6,217,194.

In terms of the rate of immunization, yesterday we vaccinated 5,600 Israelis in a booster, in the second dose 1,269 and in the first dose 1,115.

Only about 16,000 were vaccinated in one of the doses during the past week.
