"Hong Kong 01" counts the "new gameplay" of elections after the electoral reform, including the zoning of geographical constituencies, the barriers to entry, etc. The biggest change for voters may be the re-division of Hong Kong into 10 directly elected constituencies, across the street or Vote for different candidates.
1. The Legislative Council increased to 90 directly elected 20 seats, 30 functions, and 40 electoral committees
The new Legislative Council has increased from 70 seats to 90 seats, and the allocation of seats has also been reshuffled. Direct elections are divided into 10 districts, 20 directly elected members, 30 members elected by functional constituencies, and 40 members from 1,500. The members of the Election Committee voted.

2. The proportional representation system in 10 districts will be changed to the dual-seat single-vote system in direct elections
In the election of the new Legislative Council, the methods used in the past for direct elections and proportional representation in the five districts have been changed.
In this election, the original five major constituencies were re-divided into ten constituencies. Each constituency used the "double-seat single-vote system" to generate two members. Hong Kong Island is divided into "Hong Kong Island East (including Eastern District and Wan Chai District)" and "Hong Kong Island West (including Central and Western District, Southern District and Outlying Islands District)", Kowloon is divided into "Kowloon East (including Kwun Tong District and the southeast of Wong Tai Sin District)", "Kowloon Central (including Kowloon City District and the northwest of Wong Tai Sin District)", "Kowloon West (including Yau Tsim Mong District and Sham Shui Po District)".

Residents in Sha Tin also have a similar situation. Sha Tin City Centre, City One, Wong Uk, Pok Hong, Yucheng, Tai Wai, Fo Tan, Chun Ma and other places in the west of Sha Tin combine with Tai Po to form the northeastern New Territories, while Yu Xin, Kwong Yuen and Ma On Shan The area forms the southeastern New Territories with Sai Kung.
3. To play, you must first obtain nominations from the five major sectors
According to the law, candidates for regional direct elections must meet the following two nomination requirements at the same time. They must be nominated by no less than 100 and no more than 200 voters in their constituency, and no less than no less than in each sector of the Election Committee. The nomination of two or no more than four members has greatly increased the threshold for entry into the gate, and in a disguised form reduced the chance of “getting out” for the democrats.
As for functional constituencies, candidates must be nominated by not less than 10 and not more than 20 voters in their sector, and must be nominated by not less than 2 and not more than 4 members from each sector of the Election Committee .
4. The 40-seat electoral committee sector adopts the "unity vote system"
Candidates for the election committee sector must also be nominated by no less than 2 and no more than 4 members from each sector of the Election Committee.
The election is conducted by unanimous votes, that is, each committee member must vote for no less than 40 candidates, and the 40 candidates with the most votes are elected.
The Electoral Affairs Commission announced the voting arrangements for this sector earlier. The head of the committee, Feng Hua, stated that considering that the electoral committee sector adopts the "block vote system", the number of candidates voted by voters in the sector must be no more than It is not less than the number of members of this sector, which is exactly 40.

5. Add qualification checkpoints

6. 12 functional constituencies allow non-Chinese citizens to participate in the election

7. The election day is set on December 19th. The law prohibits unqualified or invalid votes.
