Lawyers demand guarantees on professional secrecy

The Keeper of the Seals, who has always proclaimed his desire to protect the professional secrecy of lawyers, will he have the political will to defend his former colleagues to the end?

The latter have been raging for a week against the reform proposed via the law on confidence in the judicial institution.

Article 3 of the text is certainly serious in the marble of the code of criminal procedure a professional secrecy which does not concern only the defense of the customers, but also the counsel of the lawyer, but it also creates exceptions which leave gaps of interpretation and risks of legal uncertainty.
