Weisshaar was born in Munich in 1977 and, after training as a metal worker, studied at London's Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design and the Royal College of Art. In 2000, he founded his own design office.
His most famous customers included companies such as Adidas, Domus, Prada and Audi.
