The sisters Coral and Shir Goren occupy (another) coveted destination, this time in the heart of Tel Aviv • On the agenda: all the immediate suspects and quite a few innovations, upgrades and surprises

The sisters Coral and Shir Goren, who are behind "Babka", one of the most popular places for dough lovers, and not only, are launching a new and highly invested flagship branch in an attractive location - Habima Square.

The new branch is huge in size and it opened on the "ruins" of the branch of the "Arcaffe" cafe that was in place in recent years.

You will find in it all the famous flagship dishes of the sisters, but also quite a few surprises and innovations that you will be happy to read.

We will start from the end, that is, the surprises.

Until now, Babka's pizzas were only available at the Tzahala branch and in limited-distance deliveries, near the branch.

At the Habima branch, their space will be dedicated to pizzas and focaccia, in a variety of types and toppings, which will also be available for delivery via the Wolt app.

The second, larger part, will include all the familiar and addictive products - pretzels, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches and salads in a variety of types, coffee, croissants and more.

This dough is addictive.

For the benefit of those who did not know, or forgot, we are told that Shir is a graduate of Cordon Bleu, so the dessert collection at the place is especially impressive, and includes pecan tart, crack pie, cheesecake, apple pie, lemon tart and more.

Good luck to the tasters.
