"souper", the deli from the "Barca House" group that was launched last winter, which was defined as a Corona project and as part of the ghost kitchen trend, is now reopening for the winter that may or may not come.
Now, alongside the classic soups from last year, such as the cauliflower and leek cream soup or Jerusalem artichoke soup, there is a new, different and intriguing menu for which chef Avia Perens and food blogger and journalist Racheli Krot (Krotit) are responsible.
The menu of the two includes soups that have accompanied Carrot over the years, ranging from Moroccan Harira soup based on a famous recipe from her blog to bean soup that her mother would make or grits soup that she would eat at her grandmother’s.

Also on the menu - hamusta soup from Kurdish cuisine, vegan Sudanese lentil soup, poo soup with Vietnamese beef axis and more.
Like last year, the meal comes with a classic brioche and crumble in a variety of types - Asian, beef breast or herbs.
"I love soups and for me there is no specific season for soup," Krott said.
"This is a meal that can just be in the fridge and has the taste and smell of home. There is always a desire from surfers and the community to taste my food and this is the first opportunity to really taste it. I am excited, happy and proud that it happens in collaboration with Braca House, They are my favorites. "
