The theatrical work, The Messages of Dawn, written and directed by Walid Al-Aqel, drew the audience of the Suwayda Theater Festival, on its fourth day, over a 55-minute period, in which he evokes the torments and tragedies of Syrian women during the unjust war on our country, with its stories and harsh human feelings.

The show, presented by the Sindyan Group for the University Theater in Sweida, embodied the pain of the patient Syrian woman as a result of the terrorist war on our country that affected the stone and the people, through self-monologues of four women waiting in a deserted place by the sea, for a struggle between survival, belonging and leaving, to tell each of them their painful story And her bleeding wound lingered with force, loss, pain and destruction.

The director of the work, Walid al-Aqil, explained that he tried to reflect in his work the terrorist war on Syria during ten years of war by addressing examples of Syrian women from its detachments who met unplanned in a place before dawn in a confused and painful state between those who want to ride the sea and leave and those who refuse to leave, leaving Presentation and questioning about it are open to people, as it is an instantaneous case in which he presented the two viewpoints without offering one option over another.

Actress Fadia Abu Taraba, who embodied the role of Magda, who lost her husband, son and daughter as martyrs between battlefronts and terrorist bombings, did not even exclude the innocence of children.

While the young woman, Taj Naim, presented the character of Noura as a dreamy Syrian girl living a normal life until a treacherous shell fell on her wedding night, as a result of which she lost her groom and was infected with the so-called war phobia, to suffer from a state of fear of any loud sound.

While the young woman, Saba Zahreddine, indicated that she embodied the character of a girl who was a victim of terrorists, to be raped, like many others who were trapped and persecuted in the camps, while the young woman, Marah Rahrouh, played the role of a selfish girl who was obsessed with the idea of ​​emigrating to catch up with her lover, who she believed was still waiting for her to steal the money of the women she met with to give her to someone he promised. By transporting them outside the country by sea, this involves risks.

In a dialogue session about the show, the participants noted the performance of the professional actresses, while others saw that the show remained at the level of the typist in its dramatic structure, which was concluded with the case of slogans that could have been dispensed with with the importance of showing the intellectual line in addition to the emotional performance of the actor.

The artistic work team included Katia Abu Fakher as assistant director, Imran Al-Safadi in music, Faisal Hatoum in lighting, Imran Zain El-Din in platform management, and Walid Al-Aqel in scenography and directing.
