(ANSA) - ROME, DECEMBER 17 - "We are witnessing a polarization which is indicative of a contrast between democratic and autocratic systems and which responds with traditional eyes to a complex relationship between great powers: an emerging power like China and a traditional one like the United States. We must remind ourselves that our anchoring is not only geopolitical but of values and starting from an awareness of our positioning. The location of our foreign policy is the ability to dialogue with everyone, always taking into account these anchors.
We have seen this recently also in the G20, and this is declined in multilateralism ".
This was stated by Ambassador Ettore Sequi, Secretary General of the Farnesina, in an ANSA Forum.
