The Ministries of Health and Education agreed tonight (Thursday) on the new education outline, which will take effect on Sunday subject to government approval and the Knesset Education Committee - the traffic light system will be discontinued, and school and kindergarten students will continue to physically study in schools.

According to the new outline, if a verified patient is discovered in the classroom - regardless of the percentage of those vaccinated in it, as was the case until now - the students will be conducted in accordance with the testing and isolation outline used in the economy.

Thus, vaccinated or recovering people will perform a home or supervised antigen test and if the positive test remains in isolation for ten days, and non-vaccinated people will perform a supervised antigen test - if the positive test stays in isolation for 10 days, and if the negative test stays in isolation for seven days, subject to bail.
