Eight alleged members of a network of mobile phone thieves, suspected of forty facts for around 1 million euros in damage, were arrested in Marseille and presented to an investigating judge, AFP learned on Friday February 4 from a police source.

About forty acts of "

", committed between November 2018 and May 2021 mainly in the West and South-West, are attributed to this network which "

The members of this network targeted delivery people during the day to steal their goods, mainly mobile phones but also restaurant tickets.
