A 21-year-old man stabbed his 20-year-old brother to death this Saturday around 5 a.m. in the family apartment in Vaires-sur-Marne.

It was on returning from a party that the drama unfolded.

In the presence of a friend and while their mother is away from home, the two men would have decided to cook themselves.

But according to the first elements of the investigation, they would not have agreed on the menu to concoct.

The two brothers would then have started to argue, in a virulent way, perhaps under the influence of alcohol.

The eldest tried to resuscitate his little brother

The youngest would have started to punch his eldest, who would have pushed him away at first.

But the cadet would have returned to the charge.

The big brother would then have grabbed a knife to defend himself.

And as his little brother punched him again, he stabbed him in the plexus.

The youngest collapsed and then lost consciousness.

The eldest would then have given him a heart massage, but despite the arrival of help called to the rescue, the 20-year-old died on the spot.

The older brother was taken into custody at the Noisiel-Pontault police station for intentional homicide.

He will be brought to court on Monday in Meaux.

According to the public prosecutor of Meaux, Laureline Peyrefitte, an autopsy will be performed on the body of the victim.
