The wife of a 41-year-old man shot in the head last August was taken into custody on Tuesday for murder in an organized gang, against the backdrop of accusations of incest, indicated on Wednesday February 16 the parquet.
A son of this 40-year-old, an adult, and two other men outside the family were also placed in police custody, Senlis prosecutor Jean-Baptiste Bladier told AFP, confirming information from the Parisian.

An investigation into premeditated homicide had been opened after the assassination of Jean-Christophe Piel, who died after being discovered seriously injured in his garden in Breuil-le-Vert (Oise) on August 24, 2021. The victim had shortly before benefited from a dismissal in a procedure concerning incestuous sexual assault, said Jean-Baptiste Bladier.
But he was then still under indictment for rape of two minors, children of his spouse, according to the same source.
His death nevertheless led to the extinction of the proceedings against him in this case, underlined the prosecutor.
