People show solidarity with those affected by the Ukraine war.

A few demos should therefore be held around and in Nuremberg.

Nuremberg - The solidarity of the people around the events of the Ukraine war is great.

This is particularly evident from the rallies that are to take place in and around Nuremberg in the coming days.

We have an overview of the events:

    Nuremberg Peace

    since 4 p.m.

    The event under the motto "Lay down your arms - No to war" is to take place in front of the Lorenzkirche in Nuremberg until 5 p.m.

  • The association "Ukrainer in Franken" and the "Alliance for a free and democratic Russia" initiate

    a demonstration on

    Saturday (February 26) at the

    Nuremberg grain market

    .

    Start is at 2 p.m.

  • The "Erlangen Christians for Peace" and the "Erlangen Alliance for Peace" called for two rallies on

    Sunday (February 27)

    .

    Both will take place at 11 a.m., but at different locations - on the

    Rathausplatz in Erlangen

    and on the adjacent Besiktas Square.

Those affected, such as Viktoriya Levynska from Nuremberg, who comes from the Ukraine, are happy about the solidarity.

She thanked for the sympathy, but in the same breath asks the federal government and Europe for help.
