The Ministerial Committee for Legislation today (Sunday) approved the Continuity Bill that will allow the use of the semen of a soldier who perished during his service.
The bill of MK Zvika Hauser (New Hope) is intended to enable the descendants of the deceased to be raised and to maintain its continuity through the use of his semen - subject to the prior consent of the deceased and subject to the requests of his spouse or parents
