The prosecution had requested against the young woman, also a reservist gendarme, a 10-month suspended prison sentence, a fine of 2,000 euros, a ban on carrying a weapon for 18 months and on exercising her profession for six months.

On August 28 around 1 a.m., a five-seater police vehicle, but in which there were six uniformed police officers from the Roubaix police station, one of whom was in the trunk, had struck a parked vehicle in Tourcoing.
