Today, in the Safita region, a course for mushroom cultivation was opened, which is organized by the Tartous Chamber of Industry and Commerce, as part of the Chamber's development and social project to support the families of the martyrs, the wounded and the missing in various professions and fields.

The Governor of Tartous, Safwan Abu Saada, noted the importance of the course, which lasts for a month and a half, as it targets 25 male and female trainees from the families of the martyrs and the wounded, and seeks to provide them with skills and experiences that enable them to establish their own projects.

In turn, Mazen Hammad, head of the Chamber, indicated that these courses will continue intensively and in various professions in order to provide the best for the participants, benefit from the energy of the youth and create job opportunities that help them secure additional income, in coordination with the Office of Martyrs and Wounded in the governorate.

The wounded Ali Al-Yashouti, one of the participants in the course, pointed out the importance of such courses to obtain information that would enable them to establish their own projects, while the trainee Lamia Younes pointed out the importance of the information and experiences received by the trainees, especially in the field of agriculture, stressing the importance of translating them into small projects that secure income and provide suitable job opportunities. for them.

The tour was attended by the director of the chamber and the directors of the offices of the martyrs and the wounded in the governorate.
