An easterly airstream is affecting the south China coast.
There was fog along the coast of Hong Kong this morning, and the visibility at Waglan Island dropped to below 1,000 metres.
The weather forecast for Hong Kong today is mainly cloudy with one or two showers, fog in some areas in the morning and evening, and the maximum temperature is about 25 degrees.
The observatory looks forward to humid and foggy days in the next one or two days, and the days will be quite warm.
The weather turned cooler with showers on Wednesday.
The Transport Department said that the entire line of Sau Ming Road (round-trip direction) near Sau Mau Ping Shopping Centre, which was closed earlier due to a vehicle fire, has now been lifted.
