Four people were killed and several others injured when a car crashed into a crowd during a carnival early this morning in southern Belgium.
And the Associated Press quoted the mayor of Stribi Brakini as saying that a speeding car rammed into a crowd of more than 100 people who were participating in a festival in the town south of the capital, Brussels, killing four people and injuring nearly 24 others.
Media reports said the accident may have been caused by a car being pursued by the police.
