With the aim of

"improving and speeding up the processing of complaints and answering various questions concerning the driving license (…) without having to create an account",

this new platform thus offers motorists a guided route based on of the gait.

On the home page, four situations are proposed:

"I dispute an offense or a decision", "I do not agree with my balance of points", "I wish to obtain information relating to my licence"

and finally

“I wish to obtain a document”.

Two months for an answer

In some cases, it is possible to make the appeal directly on the site by entering the information and supporting documents.

In others, drivers are directed to the competent service such as the National Agency for Secure Documents (ANTS) in the event of an error on the driving license document or the Telepoints service to consult their points balance.

Response times to requests should also be improved thanks to this recourse site.

Once the request has been made,

“the National Office of Driving Rights (BNDC) has two months to respond”.
