Donald Trump Jr. wants to send his father to an important NATO meeting.
He can get things done.
Many see it differently.
New York – Even after his presidency ends, Donald Trump* is not exactly calming down.
The 75-year-old is a sought-after man in Republican and other American right-wing circles.
The Ukraine war* does not change that either – on the contrary.
His eldest son Donald Trump Jr. * now causes irritation and ridicule.
On Tuesday, he demanded that his father should play a key role in NATO.
The British Independent was the first to report on the proposal.
Donald Trump Jr. reacted with malice to US President Joe Biden's announcement that he would take part in the NATO special summit next week and travel to Brussels for this purpose.
"Sending Biden to Europe for important NATO talks will only encourage our enemies even more," Trump Jr. wrote on Twitter on Tuesday evening (03/15/2022, local time).

For the question of who should represent the USA* at the NATO special summit on the Ukraine conflict*, Donald Trump Jr. has a clear answer: Donald Trump.
The CEO of the Trump Organization was convinced on Twitter that his father can make a difference: "If you want something done, send Trump."

Many users on Twitter could not share the conviction that Donald Trump could actually advance NATO*.
The proposal was still much discussed, but there was more ridicule against the Trump family.
Instead, Donald should be sent to Moscow and stay there, several people suggested on Twitter.
"99 percent of actual Americans agree to sending Trump to Moscow and keeping him there," one person wrote.
