Tire Sampson, a 14-year-old boy from Missouri, was killed after falling from a free fall facility at Icon Park in Orlando, Florida last Thursday.
Investigators are trying to determine how the boy fell to his death.

Mina, noted at a press conference: "It seems like a terrible tragedy. Our prayers and thoughts are with the family. We can not imagine what they are going through."
He said that based on eyewitnesses, park workers and watching videos of the case being circulated, there was no indication of any failure before Sampson fell to his death.

The free fall facility in question rises to a height of about 130 meters, making it the tallest in the world.
The possibility that the seats of the facility were not locked before its operation is being examined.
Sampson's father said: "I'm sorry my son can not be brought back to life. Neither money nor anything else can fill this boy's place, it was not supposed to happen. A young guy's glamorous future was taken from him."
