Found the reason for the audio breakdown on "Understand You Fun" with Barbara Schöneberger: "Sorry"

Barbara Schöneberger was not heard for minutes on her "Do you understand fun?" debut.
She joked about it now on Instagram.
The SWR issued a statement.
Berlin – Barbara Schöneberger (48) made her moderation debut at “Do you understand fun?” (here all the news on the topic page).
But nothing was heard for minutes, she didn't even notice it herself.
Schöneberger apologized on Instagram – now the reason for the breakdown is also known.

"Sorry": Barbara Schöneberger apologized for sound mistakes
The start of the show with a musical interlude went really well, Barbara Schöneberger sang a song at 8:15 p.m. and opened the “Do you understand fun?” evening.
Unfortunately, as soon as it was supposed to transition to the introduction, only the lips moved.
Nothing could be heard except the music.
Shortly after, the 48-year-old wrote on Instagram: "UPS... For anyone who thought their TV was on MUTE... SORRY."
For example, one viewer commented, "I was seriously considering hearing aids."

Found the reason for the sound breakdown in "Understand you fun" with Barbara Schöneberger
An SWR spokeswoman told "dwdl.de" about the background:
"In the technical triangle between Berlin, Baden-Baden and Frankfurt, we are at 'Do you understand fun?'
the sound was temporarily lost during the television broadcast.
In the stream in the ARD media library, the welcome moderation by Barbara Schöneberger was initially not heard.
We are very sorry for this technical error.”
Luckily the lost audio was found again after a few minutes of silence during the live show.
Schöneberger simply continued to moderate as usual.
Barbara Schöneberger joked about the loss of sound on her show
Later she quipped again during telephone polls: "Of course I don't know now whether the line you are about to use is being operated by the same guy who did the sound at the beginning.
If that's the case, then I don't know if you'll be able to vote right away."
Also on Instagram, the moderator recently made fun of uploading a video in which she only moves her lips.
In any case, the fans don't seem to blame her for the glitch, but take it in the comments just as humorously as Schöneberger himself.

Before the show started, Barbara Schöneberger also explained what goals she has.
It shouldn't be "Désirée-Nick-like".
