Coming this Monday to Denain (Nord) or Carvin (Pas-de-Calais), Emmanuel Macron campaigned in the areas of strength of Marine Le Pen.
In these two municipalities, the RN finalist obtained 41.67 and 40.72%.
It exceeded the 40% threshold in 29 municipalities with more than 10,000 inhabitants, almost all of them in these two former mining areas.
