Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the Russian Defense Management Center, confirmed that the Kyiv regime authorities are holding 76 ships from 18 countries in Ukrainian seaports.
"76 foreign ships from 18 countries are still trapped in the Ukrainian ports," the Russian TASS news agency quoted Mezintsev as saying today, warning of the danger of shelling and mines caused by the Kyiv authorities in its internal and territorial waters, which prevents the ships from sailing to the open sea unimpeded.
Mizintsev noted that the Kyiv authorities continue to avoid interaction with representatives of countries and companies owning ships, and refuse to dialogue and discuss issues of ensuring the safe exit of foreign ships.
The Tsarevna ship, flying the Bulgarian flag, was surrounded for several days in the Sea of Azov by Ukrainian extremists until it was liberated and its 15 crew members evacuated to Donetsk on the thirteenth of this month.
