During the holidays (Friday), MK Yaakov Litzman collapsed in his home in Jerusalem. Litzman was taken to Shaare Zedek Hospital and a pacemaker was implanted in his body.
Litzman's health continues to deteriorate. Only a few days ago, Litzman fainted in a synagogue in Jerusalem.
From the Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem, it was reported: "MK Yaakov Litzman was brought to the Shaare Zedek Medical Center during the holiday after he did not feel well.
"After a series of tests, MK Litzman underwent a pacemaker transplant by Prof. Michael Glickson, director of the heart center integrated at Shaare Zedek. The pacemaker transplant surgery was successful and MK Litzman is recovering and feeling well."
