Iraqi forces arrested five ISIS terrorists and seized a store of weapons and ammunition as part of its security operations in the governorates of Baghdad, Nineveh and Kirkuk.
The Federal Intelligence and Investigations Agency in the Iraqi Ministry of Interior said in a statement today that it continues its preemptive operations to follow up on terrorist elements and dry up their sources, and its detachments in the governorates of Baghdad, Nineveh and Kirkuk managed to arrest five terrorists wanted for their affiliation with the terrorist organization ISIS.
The statement pointed out that the intelligence agency was also able to seize a store of weapons and equipment in Tarmiyah district, by following the itinerary of ISIS elements buried underground.
