The head of the Syrian Commission for Family and Population Affairs, Eng. Samar Al-Sibai, affirmed Syria's commitment to achieving the goals and objectives of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the principles and objectives of the Action Plan of the International Conferences on Population and Development.

Al-Sibai pointed out that the Syrian Commission for Family and Population Affairs, in cooperation and coordination with all parties and the United Nations Population Fund, is working to update local population policy documents, with a special focus on youth resources.
