There was a case of destroying a taxi in Central.
At about 2.30am today (June 3), an empty taxi travelled westbound along the centre line of Connaught Road Central.
When they were near the Hong Kong City Hall, a man was reported to be blocking the car at the slow line. It was suspected that the taxi did not stop in the center of the road. The other party was very angry and threw an iPhone 12 mobile phone towards the taxi, which was in the middle of the call. The window of the front passenger seat on the left side of the taxi shattered, and the phone broke through the window and flew into the taxi. The driver turned back to Edinburgh Square in the back and stopped to call the police.
When the police arrived after receiving the report, the suspect had fled without a trace; the "remains" of the iPhone 12 involved had no electricity. The police seized and investigated the case and classified the case as "criminal damage", and are looking for those involved. The man is brought to justice.
