Morocco prevents a German cruise ship from docking in the port of Tangier.
Rabat - The cruise ship Mein Schiff Herz, owned by Tui Cruise line, was due to dock in Tangiers in Morocco on Tuesday (June 7), news site

Previously, the ship left the port of Lisbon (Portugal).
But 26 corona cases are said to have been found among the passengers.
The Moroccan health authorities then refused the majority of German tourists on board the "Mein Schiff Herz" to go ashore in Morocco.

The ship went to Cadiz in Spain a day earlier than planned.
The passengers could then have explored Andalusia for two days.
There have been consistently positive reactions to this change of plan.
After Gibraltar, the next port is Málaga, as can be seen on the Tui website.
The cruise ship "Mein Schiff Herz" is 264 meters long and was built in 1997 for around 1,900 passengers and 780 crew members.
It currently sails under the Maltese flag.
